美聯儲局宣布大型銀行新資本緩衝要求 10月起生效
美聯儲局宣布大型銀行的最新資本緩衝要求,高盛(GS.US)及摩根士丹利(MS.US)的比例最大,被分別要求保留13.4%及13.2%的資本緩衝,並將於10月1日生效。
上述比率是聯儲局制定新資本緩衝制度的一部分,該制度允許聯儲局為每間銀行設定資本要求,具體取決於每間銀行在年度壓力測試下面臨損失的嚴重程度。
新的資本要求將結合大型銀行的4.5%最低資本要求以及聯儲局的新資本緩衝要求,例如匯控(00005.HK)的北美業務就被聯儲局要求提供7.5%的資本緩衝。
