吉利(00175.HK)純電動車料將採用日本羅姆新一代半導體
據《日經》報道,日本半導體公司羅姆(ROHM)透露,已與吉利汽車(00175.HK)就節能性高的新一代半導體領域展開技術合作,吉利將在目前處於開發階段的純電動汽車核心系統中,採用羅姆生產的新一代半導體,雙方並將在半導體領域推進共同開發合作。
報道指,羅姆為日本生產功率半導體的主要企業之一,其研發的碳化矽功率半導體耗電量低於傳統矽半導體,如果應用於純電動汽車的核心系統,將有望獲得縮小電池尺寸和增加續航距離等效果。
