港股異動丨協鑫新能源(0451.HK)漲逾4% 成立氫氣能源事業部 積極研究發展氫能及相關產業
格隆匯7月29日丨協鑫新能源(0451.HK)高開約7%,現漲幅收窄至逾4%,報0.37港元,總市值78億港元。

保利協鑫與協鑫新能源聯合公佈,協鑫新能源已成立氫氣能源事業部,積極研究在現有光伏發電的業務平台上,發展氫能業務及相關產業。同時,協鑫新能源分別與中建投資本和建銀國際資產管理訂立戰略合作協定,合作設立基金規模約100億元人民幣的氫能產業投資基金,以及基金規模不多於8億美元的新能源產業投資基金。
