鄧成波家族22.4億元沽屯門全幢工廈
世邦魏理仕公佈,成功協助鄧成波家族出售屯門東亞紗廠工業大廈第一期全幢業權予一中資公司,成交總價22.4億元,爲2021年初至今投資市場最大宗全幢工業物業成交。
該全幢物業樓高15層,總面積約46.64萬平方尺,成交作價爲每平方尺約4,802元。現時此幢物業由着名物流營運商租用以經營物流業務,物業以現狀連現有租約成交。
該行稱,在2021年上半年內共錄得347億港元的大額商業物業投資額,當中工業物業佔31%。世邦魏理仕在年內受業主委託成功出售之工業物業交易達十宗,共涉資44.87億元。
