微創醫療(00853.HK)附屬獲注資合共1.5億美元
微創醫療(00853.HK)公布,公司連同8名投資者向附屬MicroPort Cardiac Rhythm Management額外注資合共1.5億美元。
新投資者主要包括︰碧桂園(02007.HK)全資附屬CGVC、中金公司(03908.HK)附屬CICC Healthcare Investment Opportunities II與China World Investment、嘉華地產董事總經理呂耀華等。完成後,集團於附屬持股將由52.70%攤薄至5.013%。
MicroPort Cardiac Rhythm Management專注於開發及商品化植入式起搏器及除顫器裝置以及相關技術,以管理心律失常。
