傳龍頭銀行暫停接受恆大(03333.HK)樓花按揭申請 經絡料其他銀行有機會跟隨
市傳有龍頭銀行因風險評估關係,拒絕接收中國恆大(03333.HK)樓盤的樓花按揭申請。恆大在香港共出售三個樓盤,分別是恆大-珺瓏灣1期(現屬現樓)、恆大-珺瓏灣2期(關鍵日為2021年第三季)、恆大-睿峰(關鍵日為2021年第四季)。
經絡按揭轉介首席副總裁曹德明表示,是次有龍頭銀行拒絕該發展商的樓花按揭申請,相信其他銀行有機會跟隨。幸而相關樓盤已踏入關鍵期階段,相信影響相對輕微,建議未來有興趣購入該發展商樓盤的買家選用建築期付款計劃。此外,曹德明表示大部份發展商實力雄厚,相信此事只屬個別事件,銀行對承造樓花按揭仍保持積極態度。
曹德明指,早前購入以上樓盤單位的買家,如已選擇建築期付款方式將不受影響;惟於近月購入單位而又選擇90天現金優惠付款辦法的買家,若仍未於銀行申請按揭,有可能受到影響,建議買家可尋找發展商更改至建築期付款辦法。
此外,曹德明表示,大部份發展商實力雄厚,相信此事只屬個別事件,銀行對承造樓花按揭仍保持積極態度。
