會德豐與信置(00083.HK)等五大發展商合作發展的西南九龍住宅項目「維港匯III」上載第三號價單,推出39伙單位,主要集中於第1B及2座,包括5個兩房開放式廚房單位及34個一房開放式廚房單位。加推預計折實可套現約3.5億元。
加推單位實用面積由312至449平方呎,價單訂價由999.3萬至1,506.1萬元,呎價由31,724元至35,369元,平均呎價為33,408元。折實售價則由809.4萬元至1,219.9萬元,折實呎價由25,696元至28,648元,折實平均呎價27,060元。
另外,發展商亦上載銷售安排,落實本周六(24日)發售83伙,另6伙招標單位,共89伙。單位包括11個開放式單位、53個一房單位(開放式廚房)、12個兩房單位(開放式廚房)、7個兩房單位。招標單位則共6個三房1套+多功能房連洗手間間隔。
