發改委:提升電源發電保供能力 切實保障電力運行平穩有序
國家發改委新聞發言人金賢東在新聞發布會上表示,將從五個方面入手切實保障電力運行平穩有序,包括:密切跟蹤電力供需形勢變化;著力提升各類電源發電保供能力,推動重要新增電源按時投產,指導地方和企業促進水電、核電、風電、太陽能發電等清潔能源電力多發滿發,優化發電機組檢修和保障火電機組燃料供應,著力提升各類電源頂峰發電能力。同時,著力提升電網資源優化調度能力;提升電力系統靈活性調節能力;及深化電力需求側管理。
