維達國際(03331.HK)上半年淨利潤增長6.0%至9.67億港元 中期息10港仙
格隆匯7月16日丨維達國際(03331.HK)發佈公吿,截至2021年6月30日止六個月,總收益上升19.0%至90.85億港元;市場份額持續擴大,鞏固在中國內地紙巾市場的領導地位;電商渠道業務增長26.0%(按固定匯率計);中國內地女性護理業務銷售數據突出。今年上半年,毛利增長15.4%至33.94億港元;淨利潤增長6.0%至9.67億港元;每股基本盈利上升5.6%至80.6港仙;已宣派中期股息每股10.0港仙。
2021年上半年,集團業務覆蓋地區疫情控制進度存在一定差異,外部經營環境仍存在不明朗。隨着世界經濟復甦提速及需求波動,帶動各類大宗商品價格持續上漲。集團憑藉清晰的戰略定位,以及產品組合的持續優化,盈利能力良好,展現可持續的增長韌性。紙巾業務方面,紙巾分部收益增長20.3%至75.09億港元,增幅按固定匯率換算為11.7%,佔集團總收益的83%(2020年上半年:82%)。高端市場為集團的拓展帶來好商機,高端產品組合佔比實現穩步遞增,佔集團銷售總額逾28%,進一步鞏固集團在中國內地紙巾行業市場的領先地位。隨着大眾生活質量及衞生意識的提升,社會消費結構升級釋放的巨大市場潛力,為集團高端產品及品牌迎來新一輪推動增長。
個人護理業務方面,個人護理分部收益增加13.3%至15.76億港元,增幅按固定匯率換算為7.9%,佔集團總收益的17%(2020年上半年:18%)。個人護理分部的毛利率為35.3%(2020年上半年:34.5%)。
產能配置方面,於2021年6月30日,維達造紙設計年產能達125萬噸,華南及華北濕巾生產設施已竣工及投入生產。華南、華東及華中的造紙產能拓展計劃持續推進,預期2021年內落成。馬來西亞地區總部預期於2022年年初落成,生產設施和創新中心亦按計劃逐步推行,預計2022年完工。新產能將推動效率提升及有利於市場拓寬,為未來業績增長奠定堅實基礎。
集團將繼續專注以下的發展策略:1.集團將繼續致力於品牌建立、產品創新及進一步優化產品組合,提升品牌競爭力及利潤率及爭取長期業務成就;2.集團將繼續投資於及擴大中國內地的個人護理業務;3.集團將繼續推動電商業務銷售及繼續擴大集團所有經營所在地的市場份額;4.集團將繼續物色商機以提升運營效率及投資回報;及5.集團將加強集團的財務狀況,維持充裕的營運現金流量,並審慎管理運營資金。
