迅銷(06288.HK)首三財季純利按年升67% 部份下調全年預測
迅銷(06288.HK)公布,截至今年5月底止首三財季綜合收益總額為1.698萬億日圓,按年增長9.9%,綜合經營溢利總額為2,278億日圓,按年增長72.1%;純利1,513億日圓,按年增長67%。
由於新冠疫情在日本及部份市場影響擴大等因素,迅銷決定將2021財年部份全年度預測向下修正。預計綜合收益總額將達2.15萬億日圓,較上年度增長7%;綜合經營溢利總額將達2,450億日圓,按年增長64%。相比前次於4月份時所做出的預測,最新綜合收益總額預估值向下修正600億日圓,綜合經營溢利總額預估值向下修正100億日圓。
不過,集團維持其淨利與年度派息預測水平不變。純利預期將達1,650億日圓,按年增長82.6%。預計全年度每股股息為480日圓,其中包括中期及期末派息各240日圓,與上年度股息金額相同。
以各事業分部來看,日本UNIQLO業務分部前三季度累計收益為6,751億日圓,按年增長12.7%;經營溢利為1,195億日圓,按年增長51%,錄得收益及溢利雙雙大幅增長。在海外UNIQLO業務分部方面,受益於上半年度東亞各市場盈利能力改善,加上第三季度單季期間,所有地區錄得業績回升,累計前三季度收益為7,396億日圓,按年增長9.8%,經營溢利為977億日圓,按年增長88.7%,錄得收益增長及溢利大幅增長。
按地區而言,第三財季期間大中華地區錄得收益及溢利雙雙大幅增長,然而表現未及原先預期水平。上年度第三季度單季期間,內地市場在五一勞動節促銷活動時,因COVID-19疫情獲得控制而消費反彈,銷情格外強勁;然而,今年度同期因消費方向轉向國內旅行等,零售市場總體需求呈現下降趨勢,導致第三季度單季期間大中華地區業績未及原先預期。南韓及東南亞、南亞及大洋洲地區經營扭虧為盈。北美及歐洲地區在新冠疫情改善下,錄得收益大幅增長及經營虧損幅度大幅收窄。
