華南城(01668.HK):近乎所有投資者對公司表示信任與支持 將選擇繼續持有13.88億元債券直至到期為止
格隆匯7月13日丨華南城(01668.HK)發佈公吿,根據債券的《募集説明書》的約定,截至2021年7月12日的回售申報期完結日,有五名投資者申報以回售價格人民幣100元/張(不含利息),回售彼等持有的“19華南02”境內公司債券120,000張給華南國際,回售本金金額為人民幣1200萬元;而近乎所有投資者表示對集團信任與支持,並選擇繼續持有該等債券的本金餘額為人民幣13.88億元直至到期日為止。
