光伏相關股受捧 卡姆丹克/陽光能源/新特能源漲11%-12%
受惠國策光伏相關股今天普遍受捧，尤其是陽光能源(00757.HK)升幅最大，最高見0.53元，創逾四個月高，現造0.52元，升近12%，成交增至7,606萬股。
主要從事多晶硅生產、向太陽能和風能發電廠及系統提供工程建設承包服務及太陽能和風能發電廠運營的新特能源(01799.HK)三連漲，今天股價重越100天線(17.02元)，最高見18.64元，現造18.32元，續升12%，成交增至2,319萬股。
協鑫新能源(00451.HK)及卡姆丹克太陽能(00712.HK)續升8.5%及10.6%，分別報0.32元及0.73元，分別創逾三個月高及近五個月高，成交倍增至1.34億股及6,833萬股。
太陽能玻璃生產商福萊特玻璃(06865.HK)及藍籌信義光能(00968.HK)高見34.4元(逾四個月高)及16.64元，現造33.6元及16.36元，續升1.8%及2.7%，後者股價重越10天線。風電股大唐新能源(01798.HK)回升7.2%報2.37元，結束由紀錄高位四連吐。
中廣核新能源(01811.HK)重越10天線(3.2元)，最高見3.28元(剛為百天線)，現造3.22元，續升4.5%，成交已達2,824萬股。
此外，北控潔能(01250.HK)及順風潔能(01165.HK)高見0.114元及0.17元，現造0.111元及0.164元，續升4.7%及3.8%，成交分別增至1.14億股及1,758萬股。京能潔淨(00579.HK)回升4.1%報1.77元，股價重越50天線(1.74元)。
國家能源局上周回應分布式光伏電站整縣推進政策疑問時表示，各地是否開展試點以及開展多少個試點由各地根據自身實際情況自己決定，不搞行政命令。建築屋頂是否開展建設，由屋頂產權單位綜合考慮屋頂承重、安全等因素後自主決定。各地屋頂分布式光伏開發市場應向所有符合條件的企業開放，企業可根據自身條件和優勢，參與市場競爭，參加開發建設。各地應保持工作連續性，對於該地區正在開展備案和開發建設的光伏發電項目應當按照有關程序繼續推進，不得以開展試點為由暫停、暫緩現有項目立項備案、電網接入等工作。
