歐洲藥品管理局指輝瑞及莫德納疫苗或引發心肌炎
外電引述歐洲藥品管理局表示,發現輝瑞(PFE.US)及BioNTech(BNTX.US),與莫德納(MRNA.US)兩款mRNA技術研發的新型肺炎疫苗,或與相當罕見的心肌炎有關。
當局並指,心肌炎或心包膜炎必須列入這兩款mRNA疫苗的副作用。接種第二劑疫苗的人士較容易出現相關症狀,並於年輕男子中較當見,症狀包括呼吸困難、心悸及胸痛。
