億和控股(00838.HK)發盈喜,預期截至6月30日止中期將扭虧爲盈,錄得利潤約4,800萬至6,100萬元,對比2020年同期錄得虧損約6,600萬元,主要由於辦公室自動化設備和汽車零部件業務的分部收入按年錄得雙位數升幅;生產設施得到更佳的利用,毛利率錄得約1至2個百份點的改善;一般及行政費用維持穩定水平;以及今年4月份收購雙葉金屬製品所帶來的協同效益。
