港股“智能電動車第一股”小鵬汽車登陸聯交所
7月7日，港股“智能電動車第一股”小鵬汽車正式於香港聯合交易所主板掛牌交易，股票交易代碼爲“9868”，發行價爲每股165港元。此次小鵬汽車IPO面向全球發售85,000,000股公司A類普通股，其中香港公開發售及國際發售分別佔全球發售股份總數的5％及95％。
據悉，其國際配售部分在路演首日已獲超額認購，香港公開發售部分錄得超14.73倍認購。6月30日，小鵬汽車IPO最終成功定價在165港元/股，較上一交易日美股折讓約2.2%，爲過去12個月所有中概股迴歸香港上市的最佳結果。
7日上午，上市儀式在香港聯交所和廣州小鵬汽車全球總部同時舉行。小鵬汽車董事長CEO何小鵬在上市儀式上表示：“作爲中國領先的智能汽車設計和製造商、互聯網及人工智能創新的科技公司，小鵬致力於“做未來交通探索者”。縱觀歷史，科技的向前，核心來自信息的變革、能源的變化和工業的落地，而這三個最核心的驅動力，在智能電動汽車領域正全面融合，這定會給全球交通領域帶來更高效，更安全，並符合碳中和的全新出行和生活方式。小鵬汽車將以此次在港成功上市爲契機，掀開公司快速發展的新篇章。”
據瞭解，上市儀式有阿里巴巴企業融資資深副總裁胡允仁、春華資本創始人、董事長兼CEO胡祖六、五源資本創始合夥人劉芹、新世界發展執行副主席兼行政總裁鄭志剛等均列席聯交所見證。阿里集團高級副總裁陳俊、紀源資本管理合夥人符績勳、IDG資本合夥人楊飛、歡聚集團董事長兼CEO李學凌、經緯中國合夥人萬浩基等見證了廣州的敲鑼儀式。
香港交易所執行董事、集團行政總裁歐冠升出席小鵬汽車香港上市儀式。他表示：“今天小鵬汽車在香港的成功上市，充分展現了香港資本市場作爲金融自由港的特質，同時體現了我們近年來對聯交所市場所做的一些積極改進。這些新的模式改變了聯交所的DNA，也爲香港和全球資本市場帶來了一個激動人心的新時代。小鵬汽車是今年首個具有同股不同權特徵的雙重主要上市，這是我們自2018年推動上市改革的又一個重要的裏程碑。”
小鵬汽車副董事長、總裁顧宏地代表小鵬汽車敲鑼，並與聯交所交換上市紀念禮物。顧宏地表示：“作爲第一家在香港上市的智能電動車公司，我們的增長軌跡爲內地和香港的投資者提供了重要而獨特的投資機會。 我們將專注於我們的戰略路線，以實現可持續增長和股東價值最大化的長遠目標。”

據介紹，不同於較爲常見的“二次上市”，此次小鵬赴港採用監管標準更爲嚴格的“雙重主要上市”形式。這不僅是三年內首例港、美雙重主要上市的重大中概股，也意味着將來小鵬汽車可滿足滬港通和深港通的接入條件，A股投資者將來或可直接購買小鵬汽車的股票。
