中升控股(00881.HK)獲高瓴認購4725.3萬股 籌資29.95億港元
格隆匯7月4日丨中升控股(00881.HK)公吿，於2021年7月4日，公司與認購人HHLR Fund, L.P.及YHG Investment, L.P.訂立認購協議，公司已有條件同意配發及發行合共4725.3萬股認購股份，佔現有已發行股本約2.04%及公司經發行認購股份擴大後已發行股本約2.00%。
預期發行認購股份的所得款項淨額將約為29.95億港元。公司擬將有關所得款項淨額用於一般企業用途且亦可能將部分所得款項用於結付收購事項的應付代價。
各認購人為根據開曼羣島法例成立的有限合夥企業。HHLR Advisors, Ltd.（高瓴）擔任各認購人的獨家投資經理。

董事認為，認購事項及認購人作為公司的戰略投資者將明顯增強股東基礎。董事會認為，認購事項的時機（於公司公佈收購事項後）彰顯市場對集團發展戰略的認可。董事會認為，認購事項將為公司提供將其債務權益比率再平衡，達至更高水平的能力，從而令公司可繼續推行其發展戰略。
