新城悦服務(01755.HK)授出770萬份購股權及230萬股獎勵股份
格隆匯7月2日丨新城悦服務(01755.HK)發佈公吿,2021年7月1日,董事會議決根據本公司於2018年10月20日採納的購股權計劃,向公司十三名僱員授出合共770萬份購股權,行使價每股股份23.60港元,購股權自授出購股權日期起至2024年10月19日止期間內有效。
同日,董事會進一步議決根據公司於2019年11月15日採納的股份獎勵計劃向公司七名僱員授出合共230萬股獎勵股份,而須支付每股獎勵股份11.8港元的授出價。
