地政總署公佈,一幅位於新界粉嶺粉錦公路與青山公路-古洞段交界的丈量約份第91約地段第4076號的用地,以26.168億元批予Wisdom Sign Limited,其母公司爲永泰地產(00369.HK),每尺樓面地價約9,209元,批租期爲五十年。該公司爲出價最高的投標者。

地皮共接獲17份標書,除永泰外,其他入標發展商包括,會德豐地產、其士國際(00025.HK)、嘉華國際(00173.HK)、巨卓(華懋相關公司)、萬科置業香港及青建國際(01240.HK)財團、長江實業集團(01113.HK)、恆地(00012.HK)、九龍建業(00034.HK)、建灝地產、新地(00016.HK)、Honour City International、漢國置業(00160.HK)、英皇國際(00163.HK)、佳兆業(01638.HK)、嘉裏建設(00683.HK)、及信和置業(00083.HK)與招商局置地(00978.HK)和爪哇控(00251.HK)合組財團。

該地皮位於香港粉嶺高爾夫球會旁,地盤面積約4.7萬平方尺,可建總樓面約28.42萬平方尺。市場估值14.5億至22億元。(ek/a) ~
