《新股消息》據報小鵬汽車(09868.HK)香港IPO以每股165元定價
《彭博通訊社》引述消息指,小鵬汽車(XPEV.US)(09868.HK)擬在香港上市集資約18億美元,有望成為首間完成回歸上市的中國電動汽車生產商。
知情人士指,已經在美國掛牌的小鵬汽車計劃將香港股票價格定在每股165港元,較其周二紐交所收市價44.32美元折價約4.1%(1份ADS相當於2股普通股),而有關討論仍在進行,尚未決定最終定價。
小鵬汽車今次在港發售8,500萬股,每股最高定價180港元,股份將於下月7日掛牌。
