西部水泥(02233.HK)擬發行6億美元優先票據
格隆匯6月30日丨西部水泥(02233.HK)發佈公吿,2021年6月29日,公司及附屬公司擔保人與野村及中金公司就發行於2026年到期本金總額6億美元的優先票據訂立購買協議。
票據發行的估計所得款項淨額(經扣除包銷佣金及其他有關票據發行的估計應付開支後)約為5.921億美元。公司擬將票據的所得款項淨額用作再融資、補充營運資金及一般企業用途(包括海外擴展及於非洲進行投資)。公司將尋求票據於聯交所上市。
