大快活(00052.HK):對今年經營樂觀 不希望成本轉嫁消費者
大快活(00052.HK) 行政總裁羅輝承於記者會表示,去年生意受疫情和限聚令影響,錄經營虧損,但今年4-6月已見改善,故對今年表現感樂觀,不擔心再有虧損問題。
他指,雖然原材料成本上升,但會透過改善經營效率,包括改善餐單等應對,不希望將成本轉嫁消費者,去年平均單價維持在37.5元。又指在疫情下,公司並無裁員和減薪,今年會積極開店,並增聘人手。
他認為旗下餐廳轉C、D類對營業無大幫助,故只會鼓勵同事按個人身體狀況接種疫苗,而公司會提供「針假」。(ic/u) ~
