受惠國策光伏風電潔能股漲逾3%-20% 卡姆丹克升幅最大 大唐新能源創紀錄高
受惠國策光伏相關股今天逆市抽升，除太陽能玻璃生產商福萊特玻璃(06865.HK)及藍籌信義光能(00968.HK)漲近5%及6%分別高見33.4元及17.44元齊創約四個月高外；卡姆丹克太陽能(00712.HK)升破百天線(0.48元)，最高見0.55元，現造0.53元，急漲20%，成交急增至4,903萬股。
陽光能源(00757.HK)升破百天線(0.42元)，最高見0.44元，現造0.435元，升8.8%，成交增至5,317萬股。水發興業能源(00750.HK)三連漲，最高見1.5元，創逾四個月高，現造1.44元，續升11%，成交增至1,736萬股。協鑫新能源(00451.HK)高見0.295元，現造0.29元，升3.6%，成交5,087萬股。
此外，北控潔能(01250.HK)及順風潔能(01165.HK)高見0.116元及0.183元，現造0.115元及0.178元，升8.5%及11%，成交分別增至2.25億股及2,268萬股。今天除淨末期息8.283仙的京能潔能(00579.HK)續升3.5%高見1.87元。
主要從事風力和煤炭發電及銷售、煤炭銷售和其他相關業務的龍源電力(00916.HK)高見13.68元，現造13.56元，回升3.4%；中廣核新能源(01811.HK)反覆七連漲屢探頂，最高見3.51元，接近2015年6月所創上市高位3.6元，現造3.44元，續升5.8%，成交增至2,846萬股。
風電股大唐新能源(01798.HK)續升9.3%高見2.38元新高紀錄高。新特能源(01799.HK)重越50天線(64.45元)，最高見16.98元，現造16.44元，續升5.4%，成交增至1,341萬股。
國家發改委評估督導司司長王青雲本月18日至20日一行5人到內蒙古自治區阿拉善盟，就光伏發電、風電發展和用地情況進行調研並召開座談會。王青雲強調，光伏、風電發展與產業結構和能源結構緊密相關，有關部門要進一步認識新能源產業發展重要性，結合豐富的風光熱自然資源優勢，規模化發展建設風電、光伏、多能互補等新能源發電項目。此外，國家能源局綜合司早前也下發《關於報送整縣(市、區)屋頂分布式光伏開發試點方案通知》明確提到，黨政機關建築屋頂總面積可安裝光伏發電比例不低於50%；學校、醫院、村委會等公共建築屋頂總面積可安裝光伏發電比例不低於40%；工商業廠房屋頂總面積可安裝光伏發電比例不低於30%；農村居民屋頂總面積可安裝光伏發電比例不低於20%。
