IBM向電訊商Verizon及Telefonica提供雲端及AI服務
IBM(IBM.US)將向美國電訊商Verizon(VZ.US)及西班牙電訊Telefonica提供新服務,包括在雲端平臺上使用5G,以及應用人工智能。
微軟(MSFT.US)及亞馬遜(AMZN.US)等大型科技公司正在通過向電訊商提下一代軟體工具,來提高5G市場份額,而IBM亦透過收購軟件公司Red Hat,來爲電訊商提供雲服務。
IBM表示,雲平臺可協助電訊商更快地構建5G網絡、降低成本以及爲客戶度身訂製服務。另外,亦會爲Telefonica創造一個虛擬助手,虛擬助手將可自動處理客戶的常見問題。
