格隆匯6月25日丨協鑫新能源(0451.HK)大漲近12%,報0.285港元,股價創近兩個半月新高,最新總市值60億港元。協鑫新能源及保利協鑫能源昨日聯合公吿,間接附屬公司蘇州協鑫新能源、湖北協鑫新能源及蘇州協鑫開發(作為賣方),以3.55億元人民幣出售7座已營運光伏電站。買方為國電投重慶公司的一家直接全資附屬公司。保利協鑫(透過協鑫新能源)擬加大與國內中央管理企業及地方國有企業(包括買方)的戰略合作,以實現輕資產模式。
