國家能源局啟動整縣屋頂分布光伏開發試點相關股抽升2%-10% 新特能源(01799.HK)跑贏
國家能源局擬於全國縣市區推進屋頂分布式光伏開發試點工作，加上昨晚股價漲逾半成的Tesla於西藏拉薩設置首個太陽能充電站。本港相關股今早抽升，尤其是中廣核新能源(01811.HK)四連升，股價繼昨天突破大摩本月中旬上調後目標價2.85元及52周高位後，今早進一步升至3.15元，創六年高，現造3.03元，續升5.9%，成交仍達2,682萬股，涉資8,124萬元。
藍籌信義光能(00968.HK)曾高見16.38元，暫受制日前所創逾3個月高位16.4元，現造16.2元，回升4.4%，為最強藍籌，成交2,169萬股。龍源電力(00916.HK)三連升，最高見13.94元，暫受制昨天盤中所創逾4個月高位14元，現造13.86元，續升1.9%，成交1,109萬股。
產銷光伏玻璃的福萊特玻璃(06865.HK)繼昨天整固後，今早股價創四個月高，最高見30.4元，現造29.3元，升近4%。金風科技(02208.HK)升2%高見13.06元，其A股也升2.7%報12.39元人民幣。
新特能源(01799.HK)重越10天及20天線(14.9元)，最高見15.24元，現造15.18元，續升10%，成交增至1,005萬股。納泉能源科技(01597.HK)承昨天漲10重越20天線勢，今早進一步升破百天線(1.64元)，最高見1.73元，現造1.72元，續升7.5%。
國家能源局綜合司近日下發《關於報送整縣(市、區)屋頂分布式光伏開發試點方案通知》明確提到，黨政機關建築屋頂總面積可安裝光伏發電比例不低於50%；學校、醫院、村委會等公共建築屋頂總面積可安裝光伏發電比例不低於40%；工商業廠房屋頂總面積可安裝光伏發電比例不低於30%；農村居民屋頂總面積可安裝光伏發電比例不低於20%。
