法國控告蘋果App Store訂立不合理合約條款
法國法院已將9月17日定爲財政部針對蘋果公司(AAPL.US)案件的審理日期,因蘋果涉嫌在App Store訂立不合理的合約條款。。
根據之前類似的案件,一旦蘋果罪成亦不太可能處以鉅額罰款,但法院可迫使蘋果改變App Store部分合約條款。
今次訴訟是法國消費者欺詐監管機構進行爲期三年的調查之後提出的,該機構由法國財長勒梅爾(Bruno Le Maire)負責,財長可在企業合約出現濫用商業行爲時提出訴訟。
