東建國際(00329.HK)擬以不超800萬美元出售SPC成分基金權益
格隆匯6月23日丨東建國際(00329.HK)公佈,於2021年6月23日,公司(作為賣方)與東方金融(作為買方)訂立買賣協議,據此,公司有條件同意出售,而東方金融有條件同意購買公司於SPC成分基金銷售股份的全部權利、所有權及權益,代價不超過800萬美元。
出售事項的所得款項將用於償還東方金融根據融資協議於2018年1月1日授予公司的一項循環貸款融資項下公司結欠東方金融的未償貸款600萬美元,連同所有應計利息。
