愛帝宮(00286.HK)完成配售1.9億股
格隆匯6月22日丨 愛帝宮(00286.HK)公吿,董事會欣然宣佈,配售協議所載配售事項所有條件已獲達成,而配售事項已於2021年6月22日完成,據此,合共1.9億股配售股份已按每股配售股份0.62港元配售價配售予不少於六名獨立承配人。
配售事項合計所得款項淨額(於扣除相關開支後)約為1.14億港元。誠如該公吿所披露,公司擬應用配售事項所得款項淨額:(i)30%用作集團一般營運資金;及(ii)70%用於償還集團尚未償還債務。
