瘋狂體育(00082.HK)攜手澳門新龍辰共同推動IPBU國際職業拳擊賽事落地海南
格隆匯6月22日丨瘋狂體育(00082.HK)公吿，集團已透過全資附屬公司與澳門新龍辰集團有限公司("澳門新龍辰集團")於2021年6月22日簽訂戰略合作框架協議。根據框架協議，雙方將與國際職業拳擊聯盟合作，圍繞在海南落地舉辦國際性職業拳擊賽事，推動拳擊運動在海南羣眾性普及，促進拳擊技術人才交流，拳擊賽事組織、策劃、推廣，拳擊賽事互動娛樂等業務上建立戰略合作關係。
瘋狂體育在賽事運營、渠道傳播以及體育娛樂、社區、產業運營等領域深耕多年，有多款自主研發版權的體育娛樂產品，擁有體育產業運營經驗以及媒體資源聯動能力。澳門新龍辰集團擁有國際職業拳擊聯盟的賽事授權，並多年在邀請知名拳手、專業裁判、賽事執行以及職業拳擊商業化等領域擁有豐厚經驗。瘋狂體育與澳門新龍辰集團的聯手，將幫助推動高頻次、高關注度的國際性大型職業拳擊賽事落地海南，共同鞏固並推動職業拳擊運動在海南乃至全國的發展。
根據框架協議，澳門新龍辰集團將以其與IPBU的相關賽事授權，負責場館、賽事、執行、宣傳等資金的投入，將授權賽事落地海南，並於合同簽署日起三年內，在海南主辦數百場國際頂級職業拳擊賽事，首場賽事計劃在年內於澳門舉辦，於海南的首場賽事計劃隨後逐步推進。澳門新龍辰集團是瘋狂體育在承辦海南職業拳擊賽事的唯一合作伙伴。瘋狂體育是提供雙方在海南舉辦職業拳擊賽事互動娛樂服務的唯一合作伙伴，瘋狂體育旗下產品"夢幻賽事平台"與"多多積分商城"為唯一賽事互動娛樂平台，瘋狂體育提供平台技術支持，雙方將就職業拳擊賽事互動娛樂領域打造國內典型案例。
本次瘋狂體育與澳門新龍辰集團合作共同推動IPBU國際職業拳擊賽事落地海南，是瘋狂體育海南戰略重要環節，也是瘋狂體育大力發展數字體育娛樂產業的實踐性舉動。
