美國衆議院最新反壟斷法案或迫使亞馬遜出售物流業務
美國民主黨籍衆議院議員Pramila Jayapal提出一項獲得兩黨支持的法案,將阻止亞馬遜(AMZN.US)引誘賣家使用其物流服務來換取優惠待遇,亞馬遜可能會被迫出售其物流業務。
據衆議院司法委員會反壟斷小組的一份報告,近85%的亞馬遜最大賣家正使用亞馬遜物流服務,委員會於明日將Jayapal提出的法案與其他5項兩黨反壟斷改革法案一起審議,預計本週將投票推動這些法案進入衆議院大會,但在未有參議院的支持下法案難以成爲法律。
