市傳匯控(00005.HK)重組美國投行業務 四名高層離職
《彭博通訊社》引述消息人士透露,匯豐控股(00005.HK)擬重組美國投行業務,因先後有4名當地資深高層離職,當中有包括服務超過18年北美債務資本市場主管Robert Gelnaw、任職16年的北美企業銀行業務主管Jim Kelly、加入匯控15年的結構性融資聯席主管Duncan Caird等。
消息人士稱,隨著匯控計劃重組美洲的全球銀行業務,以更好地為亞洲客戶及希望在亞洲投資的客戶提供服務,計劃在今明兩年聘請4名董事總經理及50名員工。
