格隆匯6月18日丨協鑫新能源(0451.HK)反彈逾5%,報0.232港元,暫成交2028萬港元,總市值49億港元。協鑫新能源5億美元債成功重組,公司債務定時炸彈已經拆除。本次重組成功,將有效緩解協鑫新能源的資金流動性狀況,而由於到期票據將獲得長達3年的債務展期,以及部分現金利息的延期支付,將使公司獲得自主權,提前靈活地償還債務而無需發生額外成本。業內人士指出,協鑫新能源此次新的跨越,將使其重整旗鼓,以最理想的運營狀態,迎接“十四五”規劃期間光伏市場龐大的增長空間,或許將引爆市場對其估值的重新認知。
