BC科技集團(0863.HK)旗下OSL宣佈聘請六位SaaS、業務發展、運營及技術領域資深人士
BC科技集團(0863.HK)下屬公司OSL今日宣佈，聘請六位重要資深人士，效力於SaaS(軟件即服務)、業務發展、運營及技術部門。此次BC科技集團和OSL聘請高級人員有助於集團全球化發展和戰略擴張。
聘請的資深人士如下：
Colm Furlong，SaaS主管
加入OSL之前，Furlong為交易技術公司Fidessa效力，13年來出任高級職位，包括亞洲產品市場及策略主管、全球項目交易策略主管等。在此之前，Furlong曾擔任SunGard（現歸屬於FIS）證券業務解決方案主管。
周曉殷，業務發展總監
周曉殷此前就任於香港交易所，擔任全球客户發展高級副總裁，專責券商、資管公司、資產所有人和證券發行人。周曉殷從業已有17年，曾就職於南方東英、香港證監會、貝萊德和美林。
何汶叡，英國交易所運營主管
何汶叡有逾18年從業經驗，主要集中於交易和交易所運營領域。在加入OSL之前，他在香港交易所擔任高級副總裁，主管夜間交易所運營，包括交易風險、結算、市場監察和其它活動。他曾在瑞士銀行中國區投資銀行擔任高級職位，主管上海和無錫運營，並且曾在渣打擔任香港固定收入運營主管。
James Cunningham，英國首席工程師
Cunningham加入OSL前在Coinflex擔任公司首席運營官和首席技術官。在進入Coinflex之前，Cunningham在Coinfloor、IV Capital、瑞士銀行投資銀行和三菱日聯出任高級職位。他有逾20年數字資產、對沖基金及投資銀行經驗，專注高頻證券交易和衍生品。
George Carr，英國基礎架構和運營總監
Carr加入OSL前在AiX負責設計和管理公司交易平台和雲端基礎設施。Carr具備Unix工程背景，有逾20年金融服務經驗，包括摩根士丹利、德意志銀行和彭博社。
Fergus MacDermot，服務可靠性總監
Fergus MacDermot加入OSL前在Mox虛擬銀行（渣打旗下的數字銀行）工作，擔任平台基礎主管，主導開發運營工作。此前，他在恆生銀行Monitise擔任技術職位，並曾在能源節約信託基金工作，積累了逾15年的經驗。
