孟晚舟案加拿大檢察官促法庭強制公開涉案匯控(00005.HK)文件
中國電訊設備商華為首席財務官孟晚舟引渡聆訊,孟晚舟代表律師將反對公開早前從匯控(00005.HK)取得的文件。
華為及匯控的代表律師4月達成共識,匯控將提供涉案文件,並採取合理步驟保持文件機密。加拿大檢控官反對保密協議,認為違反公開聆訊原則,並指文件應選擇性地公開。《路透》等媒體亦反對保密禁令。
孟晚舟引渡案原預計上月完成聆訊,但助理首席裁判官Heather Holmes同意延長聆訊,讓辯方查閱有關文件。
