國家醫保局:DRG和DIP付費試點城市將於年內實際付費
據《新華社》引述國家醫保局醫藥服務管理司司長黃華波在國務院新聞辦舉行的國務院政策例行吹風會上表示,今年內,30個按疾病診斷相關分組付費的試點城市、71個區域點數法總額預算和按病種分值付費的試點城市將開展實際付費。
目前全國30個城市開展按疾病診斷相關分組付費國家試點,即DRG付費試點,已全部進入模擬運行;71個城市啟動區域點數法總額預算和按病種分值付費試點,即DIP付費試點,已全部完成預分組工作。
