東建國際(00329.HK)向兩名董事授出合共1.05億份購股權
格隆匯6月8日丨東建國際(00329.HK)發佈公吿,公司已建議根據公司於2012年12月17日採納的購股權計劃向兩名董事授出合共1.05億份購股權,其中擬向公司執行董事兼首席執行官吳廣澤先生授出5500萬份購股權,及擬向執行董事魏斌先生授出5000萬份購股權。購股權行使價每股股份4.53港元,公司股份於授出日期收市價4.53港元。
該等購股權將使承授人有權認購公司最多合共1.05億股普通股,佔公司現有已發行股本約7.00%;及公司經擴大已發行股本約6.54%。
