《復牌公告》萬洲國際(00288.HK)提要約擬回購13%股份 涉資150億元
萬洲國際(00288.HK)公布,提出有條件自願性現金要約,計劃按每股股份7.8元之現金代價回購最多19.17億股股份,佔公司已發行股本13%。每股要約價較股份於其停牌前交易日(6月1日)之收市價溢價約17.29%。
倘要約獲全面接納,要約代價約149.52億元將以現金支付,部分將以集團之內部資源撥付,以及大部分以一項已承諾信貸撥付。
公司申請股份今日(7日)復牌。
