重庆银保监局网站公布,重庆蚂蚁消费金融符合条件获批开业,据此该公司中文名称为「重庆蚂蚁消费金融有限公司」,英文名称为「Chongqing Ant Consumer Finance Co. Ltd.」。当中蚂蚁科技集团出资40亿元人民币(下同),占公司注册资本的50%;南洋商业银行出资12.008亿元,占公司注册资本的15.01%等。
重庆蚂蚁消费金融主要业务包括,发放个人消费贷款;接受股东境内子公司及境内股东的存款;向境内金融机构借款;经批准发行金融债券;境内同业拆借等。
