伟工控股(01793.HK)年度纯利预减62.2%
格隆汇6月2日丨伟工控股(01793.HK)发布公告,截至2021年3月31日止年度,公司权益持有人应占溢利约为1910万港元,而上年度的公司权益持有人应占溢利则为5050万港元,即本年度的公司权益持有人应占溢利较去年减少约62.2%。
公告表示,溢利减少主要归因于毛利率相对较低的若干项目于本年度取得重大进展,导致集团的毛利率下降。毛利率下降主要由于受香港爆发新型冠状病毒病疫情影响,向建筑工地交付原材料及若干建设项目进度均有所延迟,以致集团于本年度确认的收益下跌;及分包成本增加所致。
