國家市監局:將研究制定平台價格行為規則
據《新華網》引述國家市場監管總局價格監督檢查和反不正當競爭局負責人陳志江在國務院政策例行吹風會上表示,市場監管總局將研究制定平台價格行為規則,著力規範平台收費行為,助力個體工商戶發展。
陳志江指出,近年來一些平台企業利用資本、數據和技術的優勢進行無序擴張,嚴重損害了中小微企業和個體工商戶合法權益,擠壓他們的生存和發展空間,同時利用其優勢和壟斷地位亂收費、高收費、變相收費、附加不合理交易條件。
在幫助個體工商戶紓困發展方面,市場監管總局副局長熊茂平表示,市場監管總局全面落實公平競爭審查制度,依法查處涉及小微企業、個體工商戶利益的各種壟斷行為。。
