據報匯控(00005.HK)擬2022年底前減少悉尼辦公室樓面30% 邁向混合工作模式
外媒報道,匯控(00005.HK)計劃在2022年底前減少澳洲悉尼辦公室樓面30%,邁向混合工作模式。匯控位於悉尼Barangaroo的四層樓面將減少一層並招租,另在Parramatta的辦公室樓層則會減少一半,由原本租用四層減至兩層。
報道引述集團行政總裁祈耀年稱,澳洲員工曾向管理層表示希望三天在辦公室及兩天在家工作。不過,這不適用於交易室及分行員工。祈耀年稱,將因應混合工作模式向每名員工派發600澳元津貼,以促進在家工作。
