油組與夥伴國據報將決定維持5月至7月石油復產計劃
《路透》引述消息報道,油組與夥伴國(OPEC+)將於今日(1日)的會議中,決定維持逐步放寬限產的步伐,但不預期就7月以後的產量作決定,因伊朗重返國際石油市場情況未明朗。
油組與夥伴國在4月決定,於5月至7月期間恢復每日210萬桶產量,並預期全球需求在印度新冠疫情爆發下仍會上升。油價其後升向每桶70美元,但伊朗重返國際石油市場限制油價升幅。油組秘書長Mohammad Barkindo表示,不預期伊朗供應增加帶來問題,並指全球石油市場將有序及具透明度地適應。
油組與夥伴國專家組成的聯合技術委員會昨日(31日)開會,消息指委員會確認今年石油需求將按年增長每日600萬桶,增長集中在下半年。委員會亦下調全球石油供應預測,預計今年石油供應缺口為每日140萬桶,較早前預估上調每日20萬桶。
