太和控股(00718.HK)擬委任開元信德為核數師
格隆匯5月28日丨太和控股(00718.HK)發佈公吿,2021年5月28日,公司收到來自德勤的函件,表示由於未來審核服務的審核費用水平以及鑑於其當前工作流程可動用的內部資源的原因而不再尋求續聘為公司的核數師,自公司將舉行的股東周年大會結束時生效。
為填補核數師職位的空缺,董事局建議於德勤吿退後委任開元信德會計師事務所有限公司為公司的核數師並將於股東周年大會上提呈決議案以批准(其中包括)建議委任開元信德為公司的核數師及授權董事局釐定其酬金。
