保监局延长保险销售临时便利措施至9月底
保监局公布,监於新型肺炎疫情的最新发展,向获授权的人寿保险公司发出通函,宣布容许以非亲身销售方式分销特定保障型保险产品的临时便利措施延长至今年9月30日,措施涵盖的产品范畴和执行细节维持不变。
临时便利措施涵盖的产品包括合资格延期年金保单、自愿医保产品、定期人寿保险保单,以及能提供保险保障而不含高储蓄成分的保费回赠保单或无现金价值的可续保保单。保险公司和保险中介人可透过不同的非亲身销售渠道,如网上、电话、邮递或视像会议等分销这些产品,但必须在销售时清晰披露产品的资料而保单冷静期亦须延长至不少於30日以保障投保人。
