國壽(02628.HK)擬174.75億人幣認購廣發銀行增發股份
中國人壽(02628.HK)(601628.SH)公布,廣發銀行擬於近期進行總額不超過400億元人民幣(下同)的股份增發,公司擬以約每股8.81元的價格認購約19.83億股廣發銀行擬增發股份,總對價不超過174.75億元。
交易完成後,國壽將持有廣發銀行經增資擴股後的43.686%股份,與本次交易之前所持有的廣發銀行股份比例保持不變。
