國際家居零售(01373.HK)與友和香港達成戰略業務合作
國際家居零售(01373.HK)公布,於18日(上周二)與友和香港訂立諒解備忘錄和訂購協議,以達成戰略業務合作。雙方將利用其各自的資源在各方面進行合作,包括但不限於營銷,倉儲服務,分銷渠道和信息技術等,給客戶提供線上線下融合(OMO)的新體驗。
另外,公司指全資子公司日本城管理與間接持有友和香港股權的友和集團簽訂認購協議,於21日(上周五)友和集團已向日本城管理發行並配發約546.59萬股A股優先股,佔友和集團根據認購協議發行A股優先股擴大後的已發行股本約2.77%,總對價為300萬美元。
