中國電力(02380.HK)附屬與關連人士訂技術服務合同
中國電力(02380.HK)公布,於5月25日附屬小崗能源與承包商訂立兩份技術服務合同,據此訂約雙方同意承包商將就小崗村項目提供可行性研究、項目勘察和設計、系統搭建,及綜合智慧能源平台的管控和技術支援服務,以及水面光伏發電及若干公共設施的材料購置、設備建造和安裝,及技術諮詢服務。
承包商為國家電投的間接附屬公司,而國家電投為公司的最終控股股東,並擁有公司已發行股本約60.04%。故根據上市規則定義,承包商為本公司的關連人士。(el/u) ~
