中國碳中和(01372.HK)完成300餘萬噸國際核證減排量收購 為成為亞太主要碳資產交易商奠定良好基礎
格隆匯5月24日丨中國碳中和(01372.HK)公佈，集團於近日已經成功購得二氧化碳核證減排量約150萬噸，該等碳信用資產符合Gold Standard（GS）和Verified Carbon Standard（VCS）標準並完成簽發，是具有全球流通性並廣為接受的優質碳信用資產，涵蓋生物質發電、太陽能發電、垃圾填埋發電、煤層氣發電等不同類別項目所產生的核證減排量。相關資產已經分別進入集團在全球最大的兩家國際碳信用資產交易平台Gold Standard和VERRA的自有賬户，成為集團持有的優質現貨碳信用資產。同時，集團分別成功購得約66萬噸本年簽發的核證減排量期貨和約100萬噸2022年開始簽發十二年期未來核證減排量期貨。
董事會相信相關包括現貨和期貨的優質碳信用資產的購入使得集團已迅速躋身成為亞太地區最大的碳信用資產持有者之一，充分體現了集團獨特的碳資產開發與管理優勢，為集團成為亞太地區主要的碳資產交易商及碳資產管理者奠定了良好的基礎。
集團計劃持續參與國際各大碳交易市場的碳資產交易業務，持續擴大自身持有的碳資產，並積極拓展及提升碳資產開發與管理的新型投資管理能力。針對中國即將推出的全國性碳交易市場，集團已經制定相應戰略，將依託集團的人才與技術優勢積極參與，逐步確立集團在境內碳資產開發與管理中的競爭地位，與集團在國際碳資產市場的優勢形成協同效應。
