中国投资开发(00204.HK)与中科社签订战略合作意向书
格隆汇5月21日丨中国投资开发(00204.HK)公告，于2021年5月17日，公司与海南锋嘉汇供应链管理集团有限公司("锋嘉滙")签订战略合作意向书。
尽公司所知，锋嘉滙是一家注册于海南省的公司，主营供应链金融管理、仓储管理、物流资讯管理及谘询等综合性的供应链服务，而公司为联交所主板上市公司，有意拓展大陆投资业务。
根据意向书，公司同意除自身有可能投资外，也可引入其他投资者或协助锋嘉滙融资，公司将尽快安排工作人员对锋嘉滙专案实地考察及进行尽职调查，完成尽职调查后，公司将与锋嘉滙落实融资方案。锋嘉滙着眼于各产业链条的上下游企业，整合大量优质供应商资源、充足的行业产能、综合权威的产品交易平台，并且辐射全国的金融物流服务及金融解决方案，提供供应链管理、生产计划管理、资金安全结算等综合性供应链管理服务。
锋嘉汇凭藉成熟及丰富的供应链金融解决方案，以卓越的互联网科技运用作为优势，致力于为中国生产制造业提供更高附加值的互联网金融解决方案。
于2021年5月21日，公司与中科社控股(深圳)(集团)有限公司("中科社")签订战略合作意向书。
尽公司所知，中科社是一家注册于深圳，主营供应链金融的科技服务公司，而公司为联交所主板上市公司，有意拓展大陆投资业务。根据意向书，公司同意除自身有可能投资外，也可引入其他投资者或协助中科社融资，公司将尽快安排工作人员对中科社专案实地考察及进行尽职调查，完成尽职调查后，公司将与中科社落实融资方案。中科社致力于金融科技资讯化解决方案的整合与实施，用科技连结金融与场景，利用大数据、人工智能、区块链等科技手段，为市场搭建一个银行级、合规的票据生态体系，从技术资金、运营等全方位为中小微企业提供票据融资服务，为企业提供一站式金融科技解决方案。
公司认为，锋嘉滙意向书及中科社意向书项下拟进行的锋嘉滙战略合作及中科社战略合作符合集团业务发展策略及计划，董事会认为，锋嘉滙战略合作及中科社是公司对供应链金融产业及投资布局的良好开端，可为集团带来新的利润增长点。董事会认为此举符合公司及股东的整体利益，锋嘉滙战略合作战略及中科社战略合作若有进展，公司将于适当时候遵照联交所上市规则作进一步公告。
