汇汉控股(00214.HK)盈喜:预计年度纯利增逾60%
格隆汇5月21日丨汇汉控股(00214.HK)公布,集团预期截至2021年3月31日止年度的股东应占溢利,相对2020年录得超过60%增长。
溢利大幅增长的主要原因为(i)财务投资的收入增加;(ii)还是年度的财务资产录得的已变现及未变浄收益,而去年则为净亏损;(iii)市场利率减少而导致融资成本净额减少;部份增幅被下列原因所抵消(iv)投资物业重估亏损增加及(v)酒店业务的收入及毛利因旅游限制及卫生检疫规定而大幅减少。
